raw thanksgiving

Made a Sweet Potato dish for a raw thanksgiving supper tomorrow as follows:

3 sweet potatoes cubed and chopped in a food processor combined with
Cinnamon, cardamon, flax oil, flax meal, salt and honey.

added pumpkin seeds to the mix and spread it into a deep dish, patted it firmly down and now it
sits in the cooler and awaits the day tomorrow.

Addendum:

measurements?

I would say use small amounts of cinnamon (for the three sweet potatos 1.5 teaspoons) and a third less cardamon (half teaspoon), a few tablespoons of flax oil, one fifth cup of flax meal, a teaspoon of salt or less and two teaspoons of honey.
combine.
taste and adjust to preference.
Nutmeg can be used instead of cardamon.
Sunflower seeds or almonds etc., can be used instead of pumpkin seeds (nice to soak any of them from 1-6 hours).
Shredded or minced carrots will add flavor and a moist texture but are not necessary.
