Green Juices

I'm halfway through Green For Life by Victoria Boutenko, and I decided to rotate some of the green smoothie recipes found in the back of the book.

I think the most eye opening part of this book thus far is her research concerning undigested food in the bloodstream, which kills all of the red blood cells it comes in contact with. This toxemia cycle is what poisons the blood, and the more undigested food one has in their body, the more poisonous the blood becomes.

Here is the first one on my list:

1/2 head of Romaine lettuce (mostly the greens)
2 Bananas
1 Cup Strawberries
2 Cups Water

Blend in a chewy blender, if a Vita Mix is not available.

This mixture can be stored up in the refridgerator for up to 3 days, though 'tis best to drink within the first 24 hours or so.
